📸 Tips for a clean read

💵 Cash gifts: lay the cash next to the donor's name/slip in the same photo so the deposit is documented.
Lay the check or slip flat on a dark, plain surface.
Fill the frame — get close and capture all four edges.
Bright, even light; avoid glare and shadows (don't let your phone shadow the paper).
Hold steady and let it focus before you shoot.
One gift per photo — except a cash-log sheet, which can list several.
Bad shot? Tap the × on a thumbnail to drop it, or Discard & retake after reading.

🔄 Transfer donors to another election

Starting a new cycle? Copy this committee's donor list (names, addresses, employer/occupation, email, profile & notes) into another committee so you don't re-enter everyone. Gifts and running totals are not copied — each donor's limit resets for the new election. Anyone already there is skipped.

🏠 Fill in missing addresses from a spreadsheet

PDC exports only include city & state — never the street address or ZIP. Upload a spreadsheet with the street addresses (e.g. a voter/mailing list with first_name, last_name, address, city, state, zip) and this matches your donors by name and fills in only the blank fields. It never adds gifts, creates donors, or overwrites info you already have.

Each file says how to print it (in its name and inside). Print Letters on paper, Labels on your Avery sheet — both at Actual size / 100%. Letters are clean; the address is on the label.
